IHCL expands its presence in Uttarakhand, signs a SeleQtions hotel in Naukuchiatal

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s premier hospitality company, made a significant announcement today regarding its latest venture. IHCL has signed an agreement to acquire a resort in Naukuchiatal, Uttarakhand, which will undergo a complete transformation. Following extensive renovations and expansion, the resort will be rebranded as an IHCL – SeleQtions hotel. This strategic move adds another remarkable property to IHCL’s portfolio, reinforcing its position as the country’s largest and most esteemed hospitality company.

Nestled on a sprawling 4-acre expanse, this enchanting resort features 88 luxurious rooms and is ideally situated along the picturesque Naukuchiatal Lake. Guests can indulge in breathtaking panoramic views of the glistening water and the majestic Himalayan foothills. The resort prides itself on its diverse dining experiences, including an all-day diner, a stylish bar, and a specialty restaurant situated on elevated decks that overlook the shimmering lake.

In addition to its exquisite accommodations and dining options, the property offers an array of amenities to ensure a memorable stay.
