Conrad Pune, Hilton Worldwide’s flagship luxury hotel, has made several key additions to its team with the appointment of five new hires. The new hires include Disha Shah, Harita Wadke, Naveen Raaj, Saurabh Debnath, and Amol Singh Reel.
These new team members are expected to bring a wealth of experience and are tasked with driving the next level of growth for Conrad Pune.
Disha Shah has been appointed as the Director of Marketing and Communications. She has previously worked for global hospitality chains like Marriott International and Hyatt Hotels, across their brands and has expertise in brand building, strategic communications, media management, digital marketing and crisis communications.
In her current role, she will be responsible for maintaining the hotel’s integrity through positioning strategies. She has been recognized for her outstanding work and has won several awards including Marketing Person of the year for Hotelier India Awards and the Certificate of Excellence for Top Performing Hotel in Food & Beverage Marketing Excellence.
Harita Wadke has been appointed as the Learning and Development Manager. She comes with more than eight years of experience as a quality and training professional with hotel brands such as the Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar and ITC Maratha Mumbai. Harita will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workplace.
Naveen Raaj has been appointed as the Front Office Manager and brings more than nine years of experience in the hospitality industry. He has worked with Hilton’s portfolio and has been steadily climbing the ladder with the brand. In his past roles, he has trained newly appointed team members in customer handling skills and worked to set up strategies for effective and smooth departmental functioning and higher guest satisfaction scores. He has been awarded Manager of the Year 2020 at Hilton Chennai and Manager of the Quarter 2019 at Doubletree Suites by Hilton Bangalore.
Saurabh Debnath has been appointed as the Senior Revenue Manager. He brings over 12 years of experience in Operations and Revenue and has worked with international five-star properties such as Accor North India Revenue Cluster, Novotel Ahmedabad and The Oberoi Udaivilas. In his new role at Conrad Pune, he will be responsible for sales, budgeting & forecasting, pricing strategy and ATL and BTL activities while maximizing revenue and profitability through strategic planning and execution.
Amol Singh Reel has been appointed as the Director of Sales. He is responsible for developing and setting revenue and marketing strategies while ensuring a positive outcome. He will manage sales and establish performance and development goals for the team members while providing them with essential guidance. Amol has over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry and has worked with luxury hotels like the Hyatt Regency Pune, Taj Group of Hotels and Vivanta By Taj. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Marketing Management, a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism Studies, and a Diploma in Hotel Management.
