Fairmont Jaipur has appointed Dinesh Maan as the new Director of Food and Beverage. With a whopping 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, he brings a wealth of expertise to the table.

The hotel features 5 restaurants and bars, offering a range of dining options to guests. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including spacious guest rooms and suites, a full-service spa, an outdoor swimming pool, and a fitness centre.
As the director, Dinesh will oversee the F&B operations across 5 restaurants and bars at the luxurious property. He will be in charge of forecasting food and beverage trends, menu planning, and maximizing food and beverage revenue.
Dinesh has received numerous accolades for his excellent work in the field. He was awarded the ‘Best F&B Department Award’ at the APAC GM & Commercial Conference 2018 held in Singapore and is currently ranked 1st in terms of SALT scores for guest satisfaction amongst all Hilton hotels in India.
He has a proven track record of successfully resolving issues and implementing parameters for service areas that are in line with both national and international guidelines. Dinesh is dedicated to providing the highest level of service and ensuring that every guest leaves with a memorable experience.
Dinesh holds a Bachelor of Hospitality Management degree from the National Institute of Hotel Management in Dehradun. He has a wealth of experience in managing and launching multi-cuisine and speciality restaurants. He has worked with luxury properties such as the Trident Gurgaon, Taj Palace New Delhi, Marriott Bilaspur, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, and Jaypee Greens Golf & Spa Resort, Greater Noida.
