Beauty of Indian Cuisines: Harsh Goenka tweets Picture of Indian Thalis, Leaves Internet guessing the Cuisines

One user’s identification was: “1. Sindhi, 2. Not sure, 3. Gujarati, 4. Marathi.”

Certain users were accurate in their identification, as seen in the comment: “A: Sindhi, B: Kashmiri, C: Himachali, D: Maharashtrian. Kamalgatta is commonly found in Sindhi and Kashmiri cuisines.”

In response to the tempting array of food, a user requested, “Harshji, please ease our minds… do share the names of the restaurants and the city.”

One of the most remarkable things about Indian cuisine is that it varies greatly from region to region. Each state in India has its own unique style of cooking and local specialties.
