The Novotel Visakhapatnam Varun Beach has recently welcomed Nitin Gosain as their new front office manager. Gosain brings a wealth of experience, having worked in front office operations for over 10 years and is recognized for his achievements, such as being named ACDC Champion and Manager of the Year 2014-2015. He has also attended various service excellence workshops.
As front office manager, Gosain will focus on developing strong relationships with guests to promote customer loyalty and implement strategies to meet goals and budget targets in accordance with internal and external audit recommendations. He will manage the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, ensuring they are trained to provide exceptional service to guests. Additionally, he will be responsible for using guest feedback to continuously improve the customer experience.
Gosain will work closely with other departments to ensure smooth collaboration and coordination in achieving the hotel’s overall objectives. He brings a varied background in the hospitality industry, having previously worked for brands such as Pullman, Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, Accor Hotels, and Taj Hotels. He will also play a significant role in financial management and coordination at the hotel.
