This might sound like a worn-out topic. One may think that this will be your regular eat healthily and drink water article but very honestly, speaking from personal experience when you wake up in the morning feeling sick, nauseous and downright unhealthy and don’t even want to draw your curtains, there are only certain things you can eat which will help cure the damage those 17 Vodka shots did the previous night! So hang on in there!

Toast and Egg

Personally speaking, I’m young and I have made the mistake of mixing drinks. So the first food has been stapled advice given by my mom! Toast and egg are known to soak up the liquor and it is advised to eat a piece of toast even before you drink so that you’re having fun and are relaxed!

Pasta

I have realized that a good Carbonara after a rough night of drinking has helped my headaches. It’s filling, tasty and heavy enough to give you the needed energy!

Lemonade

Citrus is considered very good for your health and vitamin C is going to give you all the energy you need to go about your day.

Apples

Yes, eating fruits can be tough but apples are sweet and extremely healthy and when you cut up some apples and sprinkle some salt on them, it is considered by far one of the best ways to cure a hangover.

Cheese

I don’t know what it is about cheese, honestly contrary to popular belief cheese can help whether you are vegan or eat the usual cheese with dairy I have come to notice that cheese fills your stomach and has some magical way of helping with the hangover and I believe that cheese soaks up Licode very well.

So go to the kitchen, grab a few cubes of cheese and drink lots of water and you will stay hydrated and feel good after a while. All in all enjoy your drinks, what’s your quantity and please for the love of God do not drink on an empty stomach because that will need a whole different article to help you out!
