Soft, healthy, glowing, and plump skin is everyone’s desire. We all work really hard to get the perfect skin. investing in expensive skincare brands, getting regular facials, and applying every kind of face mask we see online. But doing all these tricks and tactics doesn’t suffice. And especially in winter, applying moisturiser every now and then doesn’t help in achieving dewy, glowing skin.

Winters make the skin dry, dull, and dark. People with skin conditions suffer a lot during the winter. Those who have psoriasis and eczema notice an increase in the itchiness and dryness of their skin. The problems are triggered by the chilly and harsh weather. All this happens because the humidity and moisture levels drop during the winter, causing dry, irritated skin and lots of discomfort.

With the help of several vitamins, you can get the moisture back, and it will also ease the discomfort caused by the weather. We are here to help you with some natural vitamins that you can consume to get that dreamy, soft, and beautiful skin.

Vitamin A

Vitamin A will help in repairing and strengthening your skin. It is anti-ageing and helps with wrinkles and fine lines. You can also prevent acne by adding vitamin A to your diet.

Carrots, fish, spinach, mango, and eggs Broccoli is one source of vitamin A.

Vitamin C

Vitamin C is often referred to as the powerhouse of antioxidants. With the consumption of vitamin C, you can help your body increase the production of collagen, which will eventually prevent discolouration and pigmentation. It makes your skin brighter and more flawless.

Strawberries, oranges, tomatoes, and pineapple are some sources of Vitamin C.

Vitamin E

Vitamin E helps in the nourishment and hydration of the skin. It also protects the skin from harmful UV rays. You can increase your skin’s elasticity and glow by consuming foods rich in Vitamin E.

Avocados, peanuts, almonds, kiwi, and sunflower seeds are some excellent sources of vitamin E.

Apart from all these vitamins, make sure that you also add healthy fats and protein to your diet. Do not miss doing some sort of physical activity that will boost your immunity and make you feel better inside and out. Keeping your body hydrated also helps with flawless skin. Drink enough water, which will result in glowing and dewy skin.
