The launch of a new brand called Badmaash by V&RO Hospitality in Goa. Badmaash offers an unforgettable experience for its patrons with its progressive Indian cuisine and refreshing bar menu. The corporate chef of Badmaash, Chef Ishant Khanna, has curated the menu with sheer joy and a belief to offer more with Indian cuisine. Chef Khanna has over 12 years of experience and has worked with award-winning restaurants like 360 at The Oberoi New Delhi and 022 at The Trident, Bandra Kurla, Mumbai, and other noteworthy restaurants.

The bar menu is curated by Bensan Geevarghese, head mixologist, and features an eccentric mix of signature cocktails. With over 12 years of experience under his belt, Geevarghese’s repertoire includes working at various different and acclaimed brands like Marriott India and Shangri La Hotel in Abu Dhabi and JW Marriott Mumbai. The unique blend of drinks and cocktails available at Badmaash is sure to entice and delight any customer.

Art plays an essential role in creating a scenic space at Badmaash, with white linen draped sea views, cane fixtures, rattan lights of varying shapes and sizes adorning the hanging planters that transport customers to a wilderness at the beach. The Sunset Bar is fitted with hand embellishments by local artisans, truly creating an inviting, impactful, and interactive aesthetic.
